Project description and scope

This sample is a set of instructions for system administrators on using an administrative function in a product's interface. I added this to the product's administration guide.

Output types and deliverables

This project was delivered in PDF form only as part of a several-hundred page administration guide.

Tools used

This project was completed using Framemaker 7.1 for the text and Photoshop Elements 2.0 for the images.

Skills showcased

This sample shows my ability to write user instructions following a pre-set corporate style for an audience of system administrators.
