Project description and scope 

I volunteer on the administration team for an all-volunteer non-profit organization called Mission.net. Mission.net provides specialized content management software and server hosting for Mormon mission alumni sites.

As the documentation admin, it is my job to ensure there is quality documentation, help, and FAQ pages to help the individual site webmasters use the software we provide. .

Output types and deliverables

I maintain the Mission.net FAQ pages which I have converted to a wiki rather than static HTML pages. I wrote several answers to the FAQs, however many of the question/answer pairs were written before I began my tenure.

Tools used

This project is wiki-based; I edited the text locally in a text editor, then copied it to the server when it was complete.

Skills showcased

This project shows my ability to use Web 2.0 technologies for projects.
