Project description and scope

When working on the Technology Assisted Language Learning (TALL) project, we realized users needed a Frequently Asked Questions document to help them understand the program and to use various functions.

Output types and deliverables

This project was created in HTML and was available to users inside the application.

Tools used

I created the banner image using Photoshop 7. I created the text in Dreamweaver MX.

Skills showcased

This project shows my ability to understand users' needs and provide helpful FAQ content based on common questions about an application.
